Inside the Daniels House -Take a rare look inside a 17th century mansion; one of the oldest in Salem and witness to the infamous Witch Trials.

Built by a shipwright and captain in 1667, the Stephen Daniels House offers a rare look inside a 17th century mansion built when Salem was on the frontier of New England.
You'll get an intimate look at original details from the Witch Trials, American Revolution and beyond. These walls have seen it all. The Daniels House is not a museum nor a reproduction; it's an original home representing over 350 years of daily life.
Ticket proceeds go toward preservation of the House.

Warm up in front of a fire with a drink in hand. Every winter season we'll spend evenings to take an hour to learn about original lifestyles, notable winters, and infamous events this house stood witness to. Coffee and Tea will be provided. For those guests looking for a romantic evening of history, this event is BYOB. So feel free to bring a bottle of wine, beer, or whatever you prefer.

Tour Salem's historic streets as it was witnessed by the Daniels House. We'll start in the 17th century when the city was just a fishing village, through to the Witch Trials and culminate in the Golden Age at the turn of the 19th century, when Salem was the national hub for East India trade; bringing fame, wealth and permanent change to the growing city.
